I offer individualized science-informed postural instruction with philosophy, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation sessions locally in person and worldwide via Zoom.

Practices may include: physical postures (asana), breath and meditation practices, mudra (hand gestures), and mantra. These practices help to:

  • 90 Minute New Client Intake Session: $135

    • Involves review and discussion of intake questionnaire including goals for yoga therapy, posture, strength, and flexibility assessments.

    • Initial therapy session may include postures, breath-work, meditation, and other yoga related tools as needed.

  • 60 Minute follow-up session: $90

    • Review of goals

    • Additional yoga practices as are fitting with client progress and goals.

  • 15% Discount on 6 Session Package: 1 x 90 Minute New Client Intake Session + 5 x 60 Minute follow-up sessions: $500 (Regularly $585)
